On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, an indoor dining room for 12 people, an indoor kitchen with a breakfast bar. One bedroom overlooking the sea with a fully equipped private bathroom. Also on this floor: separate toilet, laundry room, storage.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms with views of the sea. All bedrooms include a fully equipped bathroom.
Outdoor area has surface of 400 m2 with an outdoor kitchen, an open fireplace with a grill
outdoor dining for 12 people, a spacious terrace with a partially covered seating area
lounge chairs, umbrellas, a freshwater pool with a custom fitted overflow system and environmentally ionized water, an outdoor shower, a well-kept Mediterranean garden: mature palm trees, olive trees, citrus, agave, rosemary and other herbs and vegetables available, size of the entire plot: 1000 m2.
