Beach near this villa is one of the most famous beaches in Vis Island.
Once you come there you will definitely come back which is understandable since the beach is very long, full of big white pebbles and flat stone surfaces, with natural shades of surrounding pine trees, and crystal clear sea.
The part of beach below this villa is partly private beach for the guests of this villa, as it is accessible only by path from villa and few houses which are near.
Therefore, this part of beach may be used only by villa guests and few neighbors.
This partly private beach is the huge advantage of this villa, as during the summer season where all beaches in Vis are so crowded, you always have your station and almost only yours part of the sea.
Villa is surrounded by beautiful maintained garden full of rosemary bushes and other Mediterranean plants.
Location is very quiet and offers full privacy and sea view, and it is perfect choice for relaxing vacations with family.
Terrace offers sea view with Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub suitable for 4 people, outdoor shower, and dining area with traditional stone barbecue.
This spacious villa has 2 floors where are fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 6 people.

First floor:
As villa is surrounded by stone walls, the access to the yard is by stairs, so ground floor of villa is basically first floor.
At the entrance to the villa is one bathroom with shower, and right next are staircases which lead to the upper floor.
At this floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances together with charming dining area.
Right next is living room with sofas and armchair, and LCD SAT TV.
Villa is extremely lightened thanks to the windows and glass doors which overlook the sea and it creates and impression of open space inside all the time of daylight.
Entire area is air conditioned.
Living room is opened onto the outdoor terrace by glass door.

Second floor:
Up to the stairs are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is with double bed and SAT TV, while other 2 may be twin or double. 2 bedrooms have sea view, while third has garden view. Each bedroom has air condition unit.
There is also one bathroom with shower at this floor.

Entire villa has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Villa is located only 150 meters from the famous Srebrena beach in Vis Island.
Beach is partly private.
Property is wall fenced and offers beautiful garden and terrace with amazing sea view, traditional stone barbecue and outdoor dining table with chairs, Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub suitable for 4 people, sun beds, outdoor shower, and other terrace furniture.
2 private parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

Damage deposit: 300, 00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 120 € per stay.
