Surrounded by small islands on the sea side the Villa offers an 180° breathtaking view up to Italy. With a boat and within few minutes walk you can reach 4 different romantic sandy beaches with traditional restaurants or bars. The Villa benefits from its own private pool and pavilion for barbecue, which build an open air living room and atrium. Together with the wallfenced Mediterranean garden it is ideal for families with children and people who surge quietness and intimacy.

With 5 double and corresponding bathrooms it is an perfect base to explore the wonders of the coast and the small islands closed by.

There are 5 bathrooms of which 2 family bathrooms and 3 en suites. The Villa is composed of main house and the guest house. Main house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is kitchen with dining area as well as the living room. From the living room there is access to the terrace with garden. On this floor there is one double bedroom and the bathroom. 

On the second floor there are three double bedroom and three bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa has TV. 

The guest house is small traditional style house that has double bedroom, bathroom with shower and summer kitchen with dining table for ten. There is also a outdoor fireplace to prepare barbecue. The roofed pavilion or summer-kitchen can be closed throughout a roller blind, which allows also to barbecue when the whether is not that fine (rain or wind).

Terrace around the pool is equipped with sun decks, parasols and sitting garniture. Pool is located close to the sea, from the sundeck the small path leads to the rocky beach

Staff - the representative will clean the house (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and pool) on a daily basis. 
 
 
Several authentic villages with typical Croatian cuisine served in local „konobas“ (traditional restaurants) are within short distance to the Villa.
Four romantic sandy beaches are very close by and within walking distance. Stoncica Bay, also nearby, has a scenic sand beach and a relaxing restaurant. Next to our place you find Rukavac, a fishing village with a fine fish restaurant, and Srebrna Bay, with a white pebble beach. In the countryside not far, there are a few beautiful restaurants for homemade dishes, which serve for example traditional meet dishes like „lamb under pekka“ and of course, all kinds of delicious fish menus.
Daily fruit, vegetables, meat and fish markets in the port of Vis, 9 km away .
