Pool This beautiful villa is located near the sea and beautiful sandy beach, right above little cape in Okrug Gornji.
The great advantage of this villa is location near the sea and several beautiful beaches, restaurants, and bars.
Trogir center is just 1,5 kilometers away, but fenced yard enriched with private swimming pool and villa itself offers privacy and peaceful vacations to its guests.
Villa is set up on 2 floors and consists of modernly furnished kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates up to 12 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of well equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances such as stove, oven, and fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Right near the kitchen is stylishly decorated dining area with large dining table and chairs. Next to this is modernly decorated living room with comfy sofas /extra beds for 2 people/ and armchair. Whole area is opened to the pool terrace by glass doors.
At the ground floor is one bathroom with shower tub.
Up to the inner stairs from the living room area, you will find 5 bedrooms.

First floor:
First floor consists of 5 bedrooms.
Two master bedrooms are with double bed, and both have en-suite bathroom with shower tub.
Third bedroom is also with double bed, and the rest two bedrooms are with two single / twin beds.
These 3 bedrooms have shared bathroom with shower tub.
Some bedrooms have exit to the first floor balcony with beautiful view.

Entire villa is covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this villa is a swimming pool for full relaxation during the holidays surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fresh air.
Whole yard around the villa is fenced with stone wall and offers privacy.
