You can enjoy while swimming in the pool or just sunbathing on sun beds.
Next to the pool is charming terrace with barbecue.
If you want to enjoy your meals outside, there's a dining terrace with table and chairs for 20 guests.
Stone wall that fences the villa ensures your peace and privacy, but you still have easy access to all the necessary facilities such as bars, shops, and restaurants that are located only few minutes walking away.
Villa is set up on 3 floors and consists of 3 apartments that are rented as one unit.

In total, there are 8 bedrooms with double bed and 1 with twin beds.
There are 5 bathrooms with shower, and 1 bathroom with jetted tub.
Each floor has balcony or terrace with beautiful view.
Villa is fully air conditioned, each apartment is equipped with LCD SAT TV, and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Outside area is enriched by large swimming pool (sized 36 square meters) with sun beds, terrace with garden furniture and outdoor grill, and dining terrace with dining table suitable for 20 people.
There're 2 garages and outdoor parking for 4 cars.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Security damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price, and is payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 1 € per adults, and 0.50 € per children 12-18 years; prices are per person, per day.
