Brac Villa Mir Vami is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brac. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, which was completely renovated in 2009.

This charming villa can accommodate 8 to 12 people comfortably.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room and sitting room, 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with bathroom.

Villa features garden with the terrace with the outdoor private pool surrounded with sundeck and parasols. On the terrace there is also a outdoor dinning set and the fireplace where is possible to prepare a grill.
Villa is situated just 5 meters from the sea, first beach is 300 meters away.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
