BRAC CROATIA VACATION HOUSE VICTORIA

Holiday house Victoria is a stone house with outdoor pool, located in the center of picturesque village Sumartin on the island Brac, only 10 meters from sea.
Villa Victoria is authentic Dalmatian stone house built in the 18th century and renovated in 2009.
 
Holiday house Victoria has a surface area of 140 m² and spreads over two floors; ground floor and first floor. It 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is suitable for accommodation of 8 to 10 persons. Villa is composed of three separated apartments.

The ground floor of house is large apartment composed of living are where is fully equipped kitchen and the living room with sitting garniture. This apartment has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One nedroom features balcony with the view to the Sumartin port.

Outside the apartment there is covered terrace with large wooden dining table and sitting garniture. On the terrace there is also fireplace where is possible to prepare barbecue as well as the small outdoor kitchenette.

The ground floor is connected with an external stone staircase to the first floor of the house. At the top of the stairs there is also covered terrace equipped with a dining table for 6 people. From the terrace you enter the floor where are two identical apartments.
Each apartment has a small kitchen, dining set and living area equipped with sofas that can be used as an extra bed for one person. Each apartment has a bedroom that is separated with curtains and a bathroom with shower.
On the property of the villa there is beautiful outdoor swimming pool (25 m², heated if neccesary) surrounded with deck chairs, rocking chairs and parasols, outdoor shower.

Holiday house Victoria is air conditioned, uses solar and electric energy, has satellite TV, CD and DVD players, Internet access and mobile phone for contact with the owners.
Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, the toaster, water heater, washing machine (2), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe. Baby cot and high chair for children are available on request.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
