Villa Brazza is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brac, right by the sea. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, which was completely renovated in 2004.

This charming three-storey house has 3 bedrooms (two on the first floor and one on the second), a kitchen with dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms with toilets and a separate WC. Villa features large garden with a private pool and parking for 2 cars.

 To make your stay on Brač Island as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed. To protect your peace and privacy, Villa Brazza is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool. In the garden and on the terrace, that are overlooking Adriatic sea, there are dining garniture and barbecue as well as the sitting garniture and the sun decks.

The position of Villa Bonaca in the centre of Sumartin means that it is close to shops, restaurants and coffee bars, and the nearest beach is a ten-minute walk away. Villa is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural bounties and delicacies of Brac Island. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol, which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sporting activities.

Villa equipment: washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-fi, wireless Internet, hair drier, iron, ironing board, barbecue.

Kitchen eqipment: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, kettle.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
