Villa Gumonca Mirca is a luxurious villa with a pool  situated on the island of Brac, in the village Mirca, just few meters away from the sea. The villa is surrounded with 250m2 of terraces overlooking the sea.

Villa accommodates  12 persons in 6 bedrooms, equipped to provide maximum comfort and relaxation on your holiday.   

Villa  stretches on 330 m2 of exquisitely decorated interior. There are 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen and an additional small kitchen with living room.In annex there is small small kitchen and living room, together with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are in separate part of the villa with a separate entrance, but connected with the bigger part with porches and terraces. Both kitchens are fully equipped, as well as the living rooms with LCD TVs and fireplaces.
Furniture was specially designed for this Villa Mirca and made out of quality oak wood with ecological oil finish, without harmful industrial polishes.
25 m2 large master bedroom is on the first floor and it is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic view of the bay and sea.
Interesting detail in the villa is a small inside garden next to the kitchen,with house plants, mediterranean herbs and spices.
Villa is surrounded by 250 m2 of terraces. The large porch overlooking the sea, made on Brac stone columns, brings pleasant shade over the outside dining table. On the sea side is also the infinity swimming pool and the sun deck with 10 deck-chairs.

On the first floor is a big terrace of about 80 m2 that has the spectacular view.
Besides this, there are 4 smaller terraces accessable from the bedrooms.

The villa is also surrounded by garden: an orchard, old olive trees, lawns, roses and palm trees

We can book you excursions, rent-a-car, bike or a boat, we can arrange a wind surfing school, or a panoramic flight over the island.

Near the villa there are some excellent walking and biking routs.

The old roads leading towards the next town of Sutivan and Supetar are passing by the sea and through the pine woods, and are now used by locals and tourists for recreation: walking, running, biking.
The old part of Mirca is the starting point of walking routs Olive grove treks, which go through olive grove fields.
In the town of Supetar, 3 km from Mirca, you can find sports facilities, shops, bars, night bars, a cinema, art gallery and a library. There are lots of different cultural events (concerts, Jazz festival, exhibitions, folklore evenings, plays...) organised in Supetar.

Booking conditions: 

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 

If booking is canceled within 8 weeks prior to your arrival date none of your payments will be refunded.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
