Croatian Luxury Villa MIrca Oasis Brac

Villa Mirca Oasis situated right on the beach, in the centre of the village Mirca, features spacious modern interior and beautiful seaside terrace as well as a large swimming pool and offers accommodation for 14+2 persons (there are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathroom – 4 with bathtub and 2 with shower).

On the ground floor there is a big sitting and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, a small gym with some workout devices and a pool table. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and one bathroom.
On the second floor there are 6 double bedrooms ( 5 bedrooms has terraces/balconies) and 5 bathrooms. Two rooms has sofa that can be converted into extra bed.
From the living area of the ground floor there is access to the terrace and a 28 m2 swimming pool that are positioned only a few meters from the sea and beach. On the seaside terrace there is also an outside dinning area in the shade and a number of deck chairs around the swimming pool. In the back yard there is another roofed patio and a large fireplace where is possible to prepare grill.

Kitchen eqipment: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, blender, kettle, refrigerator and freezer
 
If you wish to make your holiday more active, we will be happy to help you. We can book for you excursions, rent-a-car, bike or a boat, we can arrange a wind surfing school, scuba diving or a day sailing with an experienced skipper. Near the villa there are some excellent walking and biking routs and possibilities for trying some advature sports.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we wiill send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival on the island schedule. 

Booking conditions: 

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 

If booking is canceled within 8 weeks prior to your arrival date none of your payments will be refunded.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
