Holiday Villa Maruka Brac Delight

Villa Maruka Brac Delight in Mirca island of Brac is charming traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century which we renovated into a comfortable villa for 6 to 8 persons.

Villa has just over 130 m2 of the interior, a forecourt with a swimming pool, a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place.

On the first floor of the Villa Brac Delight there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also the exit to the „sular“ with a view of the sea and the other shore of the Brač sea channel. The „sular“is a local name for the top of a staircase, which was traditionally situated before the main entrance to the living area on the first floor. The wooden stairs connect the first floor bedrooms with the living room on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, besides the living room with TV and a fireplace, there is also a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a big bathroom, additional toilet and one more bathroom. There is an exit from the master bedroom to the small romantic back garden with a terrace equipped with sitting garniture. 

The swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and a garden with an old olive tree are in the forecourt. A wooden sun deck is by the pool, equipped with sun decks. A particularly attractive place is the outside dining area with a grill, covered with the authentic stone roof, which is traditional in old Dalmatian rural architecture.

This authentic Dalmatian Villa has: Air conditioning, SAT TV in every room, Floor heating, DVD player, Hi Fi system, Safe, Telephone, Internet: mobile internet access (on request), covered parking place, Washing machine, Microwave, Iron, Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, Refrigerator & freezer, Filter coffee machine.

Booking conditions: 

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 

If booking is canceled within 8 weeks prior to your arrival date none of your payments will be refunded.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
