BRAC VILLA RASOTICA

Brac Villa Rasotica is situated in the elite western part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brač, 100 m from the sea.

It was completely renovated in 2009. This lovely villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds), a bathroom and a loundry area. All the bedrooms have access to the garden with a private outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a separate WC and a summer kitchen.

The upper floor has a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area with 2 balconies and a bathroom.

To make your stay on Brač Island as pleasant as possible, villa has been equiped with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable.
The following cancellation charges apply:
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost.
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
