Holiday house Punta is located in a picturesque bay Puntinak, just 2 km away from Sumartin. The villa is surrounded with Mediterranean plants and has a beautiful sea view overlooking the Island of Hvar.

Holiday house Punta  can accommodate 6-8 persons comfortably. It consists of: apartment which is located on ground floor, with one bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. From the apartment you exit in garden terrace where you can enjoy in nature. Here on terrace is located an outside fire place (barbecue).

On the first floor is located an apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. From the apartment you exit on cascade garden terrace which has beautiful sea view and view on Hvar Island.

Holiday house Punta  is surrounded with Mediteranean plants which offer beautiful natural shade and intimacy for your  garden. Guests can enjoy in swimming, promenade walking and for those who are looking for entertainment, they can find it in Bol, a town just 20 kilometres away from Sumartin.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
