The Brac villa Mirca is accessed after a short drive from Supetar ferry port.

Your car can be parked next to the villa and from the main entrance you will enter into a modern open plan kitchen / living area with stone fireplace.

On this floor there is a separate toilet and bathroom with bath.

Stairs to the basement take guests into a secondary lounge which is naturally cool and can also be used as additional sleeping quarters as this room contains a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed - sleeping 3 in total.

The first floor features two double bedrooms with sea view and en-suite shower rooms.

​Ground floor: Spacious interior area with living room parlous, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom with massage bath-tube and separate toilet, terrace sheltered from three sides suitable for having meals outside.

Upper floor: Two double rooms with private bathrooms with showers.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
