Charming beach house Kanica is located in the middle of two Dalmatian tourist and historical centers, town Sibenik and Split, but it is also near small and UNESCO protected town of Trogir.

This charming house provides guests with familiar ambience and relax in complete privacy in a very pleasant and comfortable accommodation right near the sea and private beach.

House Kanica consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining table, small living room, 2 double bedrooms, one child bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and beautiful garden with BBQ in front of the house.

Villa accommodates up to 6 persons.

This charming beach house has 2 floors. Total surface of living area is 100 square meters plus 300 square meters of yard / garden in front of the house.
Located right in front of the beach, this house is ideal for relax in nature full of Mediterranean plants right on the sea.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen (cooking and eating utensils, dishes, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, ice bar), dining table for 6 persons, lounge area with corner couch and SAT LCD TV, DVD and media player. Here is also a bathroom with shower tub.

First floor:
First floor consists of 2 bedrooms each with double bed and one ‘bedroom for children’ with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with bath tub.

Outside:
In front of the beach house you may enjoy Mediterranean garden with lemon trees, olive trees, rosemary… Barbecue area (fireplace / grill) and table with chairs are there to complete the enjoyment in privacy. Private beach and crystal clear sea are just in front.
