NEW PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL FOR THE SEASON 2018.!!!!
This completely new house is located in small seaside place Kanica, right in front of the sea and private beach. 

House is surrounded by beautiful garden, yard, and greenery, and from terrace and balconies you may enjoy amazing views to the sea and surroundings.
House is built, furnished, and equipped in order to suit all needs for perfect vacations in relaxing environment first line to the sea and private beach.
Inside, house is set up on 2 floors connected by internal staircases, and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, additional living room with pull out sofa, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 10 guests.

Layout:
Inside the house is stylish, open plan kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, cookeries, and cutleries. Right there is dining area with table and chairs, and next to it is living area with comfy corner sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people, and flat screen SAT TV.
At this floor is also one bedroom with double bed, as well as bathroom with shower.
Up to the stylish internal staircases is upper floor where is master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. There is also another bedroom with 2 separated, twin beds and own balcony, additional living room with pull out sofa for 2 people, flat screen SAT TV, and balcony from where are offered gorgeous views to the sea in front. At this floor is also one more bathroom with shower cabin.
Both floors are air conditioned, and there is free Wi-Fi Internet access in entire house.

Outside:
In front of the house is beautiful maintained yard with lounge area and garden with greenery.
There is also private parking for guests.
Just few steps from there is private beach with concrete plateau, rocky part, as well as shallow pebble part for easy access.
All in all, house provides everything for relaxing holidays fulfilled with all summer benefits.

Damage deposit: 300, 00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
