Villa Orasac Dubrovnik Riviera

Villa Orasac is located in the small village Orašac, just 10 kilometers from the Old town of Dubrovnik. Situated in the peaceful oasis of Mediterranean greenery inside the hotel complex Radisson Blu Resort & Spa.

Villa Orasac is only 20 meters from the sea with a private pier with two moorings for boats and can accommodate a total of 10 persons. At your disposal are fivebedrooms with private bathrooms, living room, interior and outdoor kitchen with a grill. Also in the house, in an area of 800 square meters are two large gardens for relaxation,children’s playground and a private swimming pool overlooking the Elafite islands.
As guests of our house, you are able to use a variety of hotel facilities such as beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, sports and recreation center,children’s playground, supermarket etc.

Relaxation
Staying in our villa guarantees enjoyment of beautiful beaches, crystal blue sea, variety of nature and a quiet Mediterranean atmosphere. At your disposal are two terraces, a large garden and swimming pool overlooking the Elafite islands, Kolocep and Lopud.
Kids Corner
For funnier vacation, inside the villa children can use a mini playground. Within resort there are several playgrounds with many entertaining contents. There is also a sport center, which contains many different games and sports activities, such as tennis, football, volleyball, beach volleyball etc..

Interior
There are two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one large bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with the sea view. On the top floor there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and views of the island Koločep.

Exterior
Exsterior stretches over 800 square meters. Consists of private parking, two large terraces, outdoor kitchen with a grill, a garden for relaxing, children's playground and swimming pool.
Equipment
The Villa is fully equipped to make your stay enable you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Air conditioning, oven, cooker, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machinen, dryer, hair dryers in all bathrooms. All rooms feature LCD televisions with satellite programmes, mini bars, safes and air- conditioning. Free wi-fi is ensured in all spaces of the Villa.

Cleaning service
Cleaning of the villa, change of bed linen and towels, maintenance of environment will be doing every other day. If guest wants a different schedule, we are at disposal for agreement. This service is included in price.

Additional services
- Assistance in the organization of excursions in cooperation with the agency.
- Transport organization (arrival-departure, Orašac- Dubrovnik, Old Town).
- Excursion to the islands by boat.
- Boat rental for a private trip.
