This luxury 5***** star villa is located in Zaton bay, near Dubrovnik.
It is very interesting to mention that famous football player Diego Armando Maradona stayed in this villa during his visit to Croatia and Dubrovnik.

Inside, villa is set up at 3 floors with stylishly and modernly decorated interior.
Villa consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sauna and small fitness room where also Jacuzzi may be placed, and laundry room.
Entire villa has sea view and it is equipped with video monitoring system that covers entire villa and yard, including private parking above villa.
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 people.

Ground floor:
Entire ground floor is paved in marble. There is fully equipped kitchen with bar / island where is electric cooking hob and all appliances. In the extension to kitchen is dining area with table and chairs opened onto outdoor terrace by large glass doors.
Right next is living room with comfy leather sofa, armchair, and LCD SAT Smart TV.
This area is connected to the room with sauna suitable for 3 people and small gym room with fitness equipment.

First floor:
Up to the marble stairs from living room, are 3 bedrooms.
Each bedroom may be double or twin, and each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bathtub and entrance to the balcony with beautiful sea view.
At this floor is also laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Second floor:
At this floor are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with beds that may be double or twin, sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed if needed, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, and floor heating.
Bedrooms also have an exit to the balcony equipped with seating furniture and beautiful panoramic sea view.

All bedrooms in villa have LCD SAT Smart TV, each may be completely blackout by curtains, and in each bedroom you will find bathrobe, towels for bath and pool, slippers, and safe deposit box.
Each bathroom has floor heating.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available in entire villa.

Outside:
In front of villa is large terrace with swimming pool and Jacuzzi for 6 people.
Terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, and other terrace furniture.
Aside of the terrace, right next to the villa, is corner with dining table with chairs, and outdoor grill.
Terrace is bordered with beautiful maintained lawn, and there is also children playground and table tennis.
Parking lot for 6 cars is part of the property; it is covered and equipped with video monitoring system.
There are also 4 bicycles on guest’s disposal during the stay in villa.

For reservations in April, May, October, and November – small car is included in accommodation price. Additional car is offered with discount on standard rates.
