Luxury Villa near beach on Dubrovnik Riviera

This amazing sea view stone villa is located in small picturesque fisherman place called Zaton Veliki in Dubrovnik Littoral (Dubrovacko Primorje) and it is less than 15 kilometers distanced from famous town of Dubrovnik. Zaton is a bay of Adriatic Coast famous for its tranquility, beautiful small pebbly beaches, few restaurants with high quality offer of local Dalmatian food, and it is surrounded by nature and greenery.

This villa is completely integrated in the environment, though it is designed in order to provide full relaxation to its guests in privacy and comfort, enriched with large yard in front, beautiful garden, swimming pool with sun beds around, furnished terraces, and summer kitchen with stone barbecue.

Inside, villa is set up on 4 floors; all connected by inner marble stairs, and has large kitchen with corresponding dining and living areas, 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, gym with entertainment room, and 3 mini kitchens with small dining/living areas, as well as sea view terrace or balcony on each floor.
Each floor (except the first floor / main floor where are common rooms/areas) have one separated apartment with one double bedroom, bathroom, and mini kitchen. Such a layout of villa makes easier coexistence its guests, especially if they are larger group of friends.

Villa accommodates 20 persons.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. In this bedroom is also one sofa bed that may be an extra bed if needed.
Near is the apartment with one double bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, and mini kitchen with corresponding dining/living area. The living area French window offers a view on outside pool terrace.
Gym with high quality equipment enriched with entertainment area with billiard / pool table is also on ground floor.

First floor – Main floor:
This floor is also a main floor of villa since it comprises of large open plan kitchen equipped with oven, stove, and fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Dining area near the kitchen has table with 10 seats, but there is also enough space to add one more table next to this one, in order to accommodate up to 20 persons in dining area. Dining area is also opened onto outside covered terrace with dining table for 10, though dining here may be used as a combination of inside and outside area with amazing sea view. In addition, second covered terrace outside the villa is equipped with large dining table suitable for 20 persons, and during the summer day this is the perfect place to have meal.
Living area is equipped with comfy sofas and armchairs, LCD SAT TV, DVD player and Hi-fi system, free Wi-Fi Internet access that covers entire villa, as well as air condition that covers whole area /kitchen & dining/ as well as 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms down the hall.

Second floor:
Up to the marble stairs from the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and one separated apartment.
First bedroom is with double bed, air condition unit, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second bedroom is with 2 separated single / twin beds, air condition unit, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Apartment consists of one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and mini kitchen with sitting area and it is air conditioned.
Two bedrooms on this floor have exits to the balcony with sitting furniture and gorgeous sea view.

Third floor:
Third floor is a top floor of the villa, and there is one twin bedroom with air condition unit, and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as one more apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with shower, mini kitchen with small dining area, and amazing sea view balcony.

Outside:
Outside area of this amazing luxury villa is enriched with garden full of olive, orange, and lemon trees, and other traditional Dalmatian plants with path in the middle that leads to the shaded areas of the yard, perfect for truly relaxation.
Swimming pool is dominates to the area in front of the villa and it is surrounded with sun beds on stone paved surface decorated with palms and olive trees.
On the other side of the yard is covered summer kitchen with stone made barbecue and beautiful roofed terrace with large dining table. Near the summer kitchen is one toilet with shower room.

**PLEASE NOTE that optimal number of person in this villa is up to 20, but in cases when needed villa may accommodate up to 24 person, upon prior request and with the approval of the villa owner.
