Holiday house Nicoletta is located in old dalmatian village surrounded with old Dalmatian houses. This traditional dalmatian holiday house is 100 old and was completely renovated in the year 2013.
This charming house is ideal for familiy vacation for 4-6 persons.It is located near the church, so you can enjoy in sounds of local life.House is overlooking on woods, vineyard, fields and local rustical village. For your pleasant stay house has private parking for two cars, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, terrace in front of the villa and view from the balcony.
Near the House is beach which you can reach by bicycle, car or stroll is 1500 m away and has open view on Split, Trogir and Kastela. 

Ground floor:

At the ground floor there's a stylish living room with comfy sofa bed that may easily be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons, and LCD SAT TV. There's also a dining area with dining table and chairs connected to modern kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave oven. One separated, common used toilet room is at the ground floor.

First floor:
Interior stairs take you to the first floor enriched by terrace with amazing view of wine yard and greenery. At the first floor is a spacious twin bedroom with air condition unit, SAT LED SMART TV, and bathroom with shower.

Second floor (the attic):
At the second floor there's lovely decorated double bedroom with air condition unit, SAT LED SMART TV, spacious bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe.

Outside:
Outside area is enclosed in stone walls so it's away from everyday noise, providing full privacy and peace. There's a swimming pool with Hydro massage and chromo therapy LED lighting.
Playing volleyball is also provided with pool volleyball equipment since the pool is large enough for this kind of recreation. There's also an outdoor shower near the pool.
Beside the pool, there's a beautiful garden traditional grill for barbecuing with friends and family.

Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Tourist tax is not included in the price and it is charged extra according to local regulations 0,70 Euros per adult per day, 0,35 Euros for children 12 - 18 and children 0-12 do not pay tourist tax.
