This spacious villa is located in peaceful part of town Zadar.
Villa is surrounded by stone walls, though it offers full privacy enriched by greenery and trees.
In front of the villa is swimming pool with sun beds and beautiful partly covered terrace.
Villa is set up on 3 floors. Upper two floors are apartments where each may function independently, but villa is rented as one unit. Floors are connected by indoor staircases.
Villa consists of 2 kitchens with dining areas, 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 balconies, 1 separated toilet, and fitness / gym room.
Villa accommodates up to 14 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is large fitness / gym room with equipment. Near is one toilet room with washing machine.

First floor:
Up to the stairs is the first floor where you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with comfy sofa that may be used as an extra bed if needed, and LCD SAT TV & DVD player. This area is opened onto charming, covered balcony with large dining table suitable for 14 people. At this floor are 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are with double beds, and one bedroom is with single bed. Two bedrooms have balconies. There are 2 bathrooms with shower at the first floor as well.

Second floor:
Second floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. Living room is equipped with corner sofa and LCD SAT TV. From the living room is an exit to the charming small balcony with table and chairs.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds and one with two separated single / twin beds.
One of the double rooms is master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with steam bath.
For the other 2 bedrooms at this floor, there is one more bathroom with shower.
Two of the bedrooms have private balconies.

Entire villa / each floor is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of the villa is swimming pool surrounded by sun decks. At the corner is small covered terrace with table and chairs perfect for enjoy in shade or gather with friends. At the side of the villa is barbecue where guests may prepare fresh food for their meals. Villa is surrounded by trees and fenced by stone walls which ensure privacy during the stay in villa.
Parking is available on the site.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in price of the accommodation.
