There are four double bedrooms on the first floor of the villa with large comfortable beds and plenty of storage. One of the double bedrooms has a large balcony with comfortable seats and a breath-taking view of the Adriatic. There are 6 bathrooms within the villa, all which have a power shower or bathtub.

The lower ground floor can be reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. You will find a study, a full equipped gym with television, a shower room and a luxury sauna. In the study there is a TV and a sofa, which can be converted to an extra double bed. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outside terrace can be accessed through the living room and leads out to a large pool area with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The outdoor garden area contains a BBQ area and shaded dining area so you can enjoy dining al fresco as you watch the sun set over the sea.
