Luxury Villa Mediteran on island Korcula, is a modern facility placed on property of 16.600 m2, situated in the romantic and quiet bay, just 10 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. The nearest tourist towns, Vela Luka and Blato, are just a few kilometres away.

Luxury Villa Mediteran is a luxury and modern designed facility, having most of her surfaces in glass windows, which provides a beautiful connection with the fabulous nature surrounding it.

The location of Villa and the property itself is an amazing combination of wonderful nature, exclusive accommodation, luxury amenities and peace and quiet. The property is designed as a combination of Mediterranean and colonial, having a lot of surfaces in glass, combining dark wood floors with colorful ceramics and stylish furniture. Whole property is placed on a hillside and it stretches from the peak of the hill on one side to the pebble beach in the front side. The area of Karbuni, where the Villa is situated, was a proclaimed park of nature, creating together with nearby islands and islets a huge protected natural area. This whole area is some few kilometers away from towns of Blato and Vela Luka and around 40 km from town Korcula.

Luxury Villa is a perfect accommodation for 14-20 persons within the inside area of cca 580m. It is constructed as a 4 bedrooms mansion, each with its belonging bathroom. Three of four rooms have a sea view and whirlpool hot tub. Rooms are spacious, from 45-30 m2, decorated minimalistic, each with walk in wardrobe. with 3 aditional rooms.

Ground floor is area with one bedroom, bathroom and living room. This room has a direct exit to swimming pool area. Here are also kitchen and laundry quarters.

On the first floor are other three bedrooms, spacious living room with dinning area. Here you can also find, separated with an additional entrance, staff quarters.

The outside area of Villa is wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches the 100m2 heated swimming pool and accompanying terraces of cca 550m2. Adding garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols we created a perfect leisure oasis. Probably the best place within Villa is the upper first floor terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and bay of Karbuni. Here you will find dinning area, suitable for 10 persons, from where you can have a pleasure of dinning under the stars.

Villa is completely equipped with air-condition system and floor heating system, Internet access, TV/SAT, DVD in all rooms. You can also moor a 37m boat in front of the Villa.
