Korcula Holiday house with pool

This beautiful house is located in Vinacac bay, on the south side of island Korcula.
This small picturesque place on the sea has only several houses and though it offers relaxing holidays away from everyday noise and crowd.
House itself provides complete privacy.
House is set on 2 floors, on approx. 140 square meters and it consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, furnished sea view balconies, and covered patio with summer kitchen and dining table positioned right near swimming pool.
House accommodates up to 11 guests.

Ground floor:
Completely new kitchen with dining area is on ground floor. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances including coffee maker and dishwasher. Spacious dining and living area with sofa and LCD SAT TV and air condition unit are in the same room as kitchen.
Two rooms, both with double bed are on ground floor, as well as two bathrooms with shower.

First floor:
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds. All bedrooms have own air condition unit. Here is also one more bathroom with shower tub. There is also an exit on a roofed balcony with furniture from where you may enjoy amazing sea view.

Outside:
In front of this beautiful house is swimming pool with built-in steps and sun beds near. There is also covered patio with small summer kitchen with fridge, barbecue / grill and entertainment area with table tennis, electronic dart, and Hi-fi system.
Near the house there is private parking place for 5 cars, and beach is less than 50 meters away from the house.

Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
