Holiday house Vallis  is perfectly located right on the sea so ideal for families with children because of its beautiful tranquil and secluded beach.
The villa comprises 3 apartments with 2 balconies and large terraces and surrounding garden areas. The top and middle apartments each have 1 double and 1 twin room with a sofa in the living room that is also a comfortable double bed.
Each apt has its own living/dining room with TV, complete kitchen and shower room. The bottom apartment is studio apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps one and separate dining/kitchen room. There is a stone built BBQ grill in the gardens for alfresco cooking and dining.  The apartment balconies look out towards the sea so have fabulous views. And the open plan living dining rooms open out onto these via double doors giving a great indoor outdoor feel to the apartments. Access to the villa is via a path and set of approx 120 stairs from the road above where the car can be parked beside the street.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
