Sea view villa Istria

Sea view villa Istria is a four bedroom villa with pool, located in Labin/Rabac region, Eastern Istria. The villa offers beautiful sea view on the Island of Cres and can accommodate up to 9 persons.
Guests enter villa into a living and dining area  which opens into the kitchen  with patio doors lead out onto the attractive terrace and pool area. There is also twin bedroom and shower room. The first floor features a three double bedrooms and two bathrooms which feature balconies overlooking the pool area and amazing panoramic view of the sea.Guests staying here will appreciate the lovely country setting and peaceful surroundings.

Within 15 minutes drive of the villa is a popular fish restaurant called ‘Martin Pescador’in the village of Trget. Located on the waterfront, the fish is served fresh daily with friendly service and at reasonable prices. Supermarkets you will find in town of Labin and beautiful beaches, bars and sport in resort of Rabac.
There is a possibility of  water sport activities close to the house in Autocamp Tunarica: boats, kayak, pedal boat, stand up pedaling, just 3,5 km from sea view villa Istria.

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
