Villa provides accommodation for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, modern kitchen with dining area, romantic living room with fireplace and rustic Istrian Tavern.

Ground floor:
The classic massive wood kitchen equipped with all modern appliances (oven, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine) and dining area with spacious table for 10 guests leading to a beautiful living room with comfortable sofa bed, enriched with indoor fireplace and flat TV dominates the ground floor.
There are 2 toilet rooms – one with a washing machine on this floor too.
The rustic Istrian Tavern with kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, refrigerator), indoor fireplace and a grill, massive wood dining table for 12, leather chairs and a TV are set in the western part of the ground floor while on the east is a Master en suite bedroom – furnished in white and creamy colors, supplied with TV, safe and air condition.

Entire ground floor is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

First floor:
Three en suite bathrooms are set on the first floor – each bathroom has a story behind. One double bedroom equipped with an iron double bed, SAT-TV, safe, air condition has Latin name of the owner, other double bedrooms celebrate the romantic vision of life and except SAT TV, air condition, safe it has an exit to the lovely terrace with stunning view to greenery. The third bedroom is a dedication to Life creation with its airy and light decoration- it is equipped with air condition, SAT TV, safe, and has a private balcony with sun beds.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and has free Wi-FI Internet access.

Outside:
Astonishing covered terrace with garden furniture, grill, swimming pool with sun beds offering a beautiful view of the greenery is set next to the house.
Except this terrace, at the guests disposal is a golf course with 7 holes and basic golf equipment, tennis court with a nightlight, organic garden with many vegetables and fruits – available for gardening activities as well as using the fruits for meal preparing; trekking and walking activities nearby.
