This beautiful newly built Villa for 10 to 12 persons sleeps, is located in very peaceful village of Ribari  on the west coast of Istria region.

In recent years village of Sveti Lovrec which is only few minutes drive away has become a sanctuary for people who wants perfect tranquility, relaxed life style will find few caffe bars and pubs, small post office with ATM and small grocery shop for fresh bread in the mornings and lots of traditional heritage restaurants in the area.

Location is just perfect between 2 large resorts and famous Istrian places to visit such as Rovinj and Poreč.

 It consist of the main house, in which you can find 2 double bedroom, each with own en-suite bathroom, connected kitchen, dining and living area. Exits from the ground floor takes you directly to covered terrace with lunge area, BBQ and beautiful swimming pool 11x5 m. With view on the pool there is a pool house with two double bedrooms and one bathroom. Behind Villa you will find separated house in which you will find twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, in addition to that there is also a play room.

• 500 € damaged deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.

• Please note: This house will not be rented to groups of youngsters

lease note that prices are published for the weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied. 

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
