Holiday house Andoro is a beautifully traditional Istrian stone house built in 1880.

The villa was completely renovated in 2012 and it is a modern furnished villa, equipped with all necessary facilities. Located in the small place of Kloštar, villa Andoro offers a tranquil holiday experience for up to 5 persons.

Holiday house spreads on two floors and consists of a connected kitchen, dining and living area, two double and one single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. The outdoor area includes a private pool with sun lounges and outdoor dining area with barbeque. The house is placed at only 5 km distance from the famous Lim valley. The Lim valley (Limska draga or Limska dolina) is the 35 km long valley of the river Pazinčica, which transforms into the Lim Channel (Limski kanal), a 10 kilometers long estuary. Estuaries and coastal waters are among the most productive ecosystems on Earth, providing ecological, economic, cultural, and aesthetic benefits. The estuary is sometimes called a fjord. The area around the channel has been inhabited since the Neolithic era. These early settlers burrowed into caves along the valley which have been excavated to reveal remnants of their former occupants.

Ancient Illyrians then moved in and settled around the hill-fort of Gradina. Under the Romans, the channel formed the border between the administrative units of Porec and Pula. The name lim is derived from the Latin limes for border. According to legend, St Romuald, founder of a nearby monastery inhabited one of the ancient caves for several years in the 11th century. The 105m long St Romuald's cave is open for visits in the summer. Fishing in the Lim Channel has always been excellent. Now the natural species have been augmented by farmed mussels and oysters which are on offer in two excellent restaurants on the channel.

• 200 € damaged deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
• Minimum stay is 7 days

• Pets are allowed, 1 max.10€ per day

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
