There is a charming history hidden in beautiful gardens of local Convent and ancient Church perfect for exploration on bad weather days.

This beautiful house is set on 1.200 m of private land, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, vegetable garden and olive orchard.

Outside is a swimming pool terrace, table and chairs covered by plant creating natural shade, and children playground.

Garden with fruits and vegetables is also at guests' disposal during the stay, so you are free to pick it and prepare vegetables for your meals and enjoy seasonal fruit.

In 5 bedrooms, this holiday home accommodates 11 guests.

Ground floor:
Spacious living room with dining area dominates ground floor. There is a modern kitchen equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, two double bedrooms and a triple bedroom (three single beds), family bathroom with washing machine a shower bathroom.

First floor:
This floor consists of two studio apartments, each with one double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and a balcony with sitting garniture.

Air-condition available in living room area. The entire house has free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Spacious garden with organic vegetable and fruits, swimming pool with sun beds, garden furniture, BBQ and a children playground (swings, slides) are a great place for late afternoons and socializing. There is a covered parking space on grounds.

Damage deposit: 350,00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
