Lovely blend of a world famous Brac stone outside of the villa, with modern interior, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, panoramic sea views makes this luxury villa great choice for families with children.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.

Ground floor
The heated indoor swimming pool (19 m 2) and living area with leader sofas are situated on the ground floor. Double glass door leads to small enclosed terrace with sitting garniture. There is a under floor heating available through the villa in the winter time. Spiral staircases leads to the first floor.

First floor:
Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, freezer and refrigerator, microwave will make cooking much easier while on vacation. Dining area has table and chairs for 6 persons and lovely view to the outdoor swimming pool and islands. Here is a one double en suite bedroom Spiral staircase leads to the second floor.

Second floor:
Two elegantly decorated, en-suite double bedrooms are situated on this floor.

Outside:
Exit to the lovely terrace and outdoor swimming area is from the first floor. Astonishing panoramic view is spreading from terrace and pool area. Six sun loungers are prepared for guests use.
Two parking places are available.
The entire house has modern air condition system and under floor heating.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500,00 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

In case of cancellation of deposited or fully paid reservation, please be aware of the following:

Booking cancellation made more than 30 days prior the booked arrival date, the deposit payment is not refundable.

Booking cancellation made 29 or less days prior the booked arrival date, total reservation amount is not refundable. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
