Villa R is  located on the edge in the small village of Selca on Brac Island, about 1,5 km from sea and Sumartin. Villa R offers a combination of Dalmatian character on the outside with a luxurious and contemporary decorated interior with antique pieces and is situated 1,5 km away from the beach. The villa has four bedrooms, one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three on first floor. Three bedrooms are ensuite. At your disposal you have a very spacious modern kitchen with dining room. Sliding doors in the kitchen/diningroom and livingroom allows you easy access to the pool, which is chloride free.

Villa R is modern villa fully equipped with all the appliances for your comfortable vacation. A utility room and garage is located in the basement. You can enjoy beautiful sea view from most parts of the villa and mountain view from the eastern bedroom. The villa is surrounded with mediterranean garden with herbs and trees which allows you complete intimacy.

Booking conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
