Island Brac Holiday house Perica is located in a quiet resort Selca, 100 meters from the center and 2 km from the pebble beach. Holiday house Perica is ideal for the family or group of friends that want quiet vacation and enjoy each other company in authentic dalmatien ambience on the terraces shaded with vine.
On the ground floor there are living and dining room with SAT TV and air conditioning, two double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining corner, a bathroom (shower/WC/Jacuzzi) and toilet. Outdoor stairs lead to the second floor of the house where there are double bedroom and a bathroom. Another bedroom with bink beds is also available.
Outside there are terraces with sitting and dining garnitures, round swimming pool surrounded with deck chairs. Property is fenced and surrounded by well maintained garden with fruits, vegetables and flowers. There is also outdoor shower is available.
Garage in the grounds (2 cars).
Accommodation of the Brac island offers great possibilities for the sport enthusiasts, for sightseeing, chilling on the beaches, tasting the wine and enjoy gastonomic offer of the local restaurants!

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-34 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
