Villa Seaside Bol is seafront house, located on Promenade Bol that leads to the famous Golden horn beach (zlatni rat). The sea with a beautiful beach is only 15 m away of the property.
Villa is carefully furnish in classic style in combination with comfortable, modern pieces.
Villa spreads over ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is comfortable living area and the kitchen with large dining table. There is an toilet on this floor. From the living are there us access to the shaded terrace and the swimming platform pool and the sundeck.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedroom. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. On this floor there is also another bathroom.
Shaded terrace has large dining table and seaview. Down the terrace there is a swimming pool area with sun bathing platform, sundecks. The villa is placed in the big garden full of pine trees and oleanders.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 35 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-54 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
