Bol Villa Libera

Villa  is traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated in 2012. It is ideally located just a few minutes stroll to the center of Bol, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The total area inside the villa is approximately 90 m2. It has three floors (each of the 30 m2).
On the first floor is a kitchen, dining room and living room with exit to the terrace where the swimming pool, summer kitchen and sundeck. On the second floor is a bedroom, bathroom and entrance hall with access to a stairway leading to the terrace where the swimming pool and terrace. On the third floor is a studio for 2+2 persons (2 beds for one person and the sofa where 2 persons can sleep), bathroom and balcony with sea view and sitting garniture.

In front of a house is sundeck  with  pool (20 m2) and summer kitchen equipped with sitting and dining garbnitures.  

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob electric cooker,dishwasher, microwave and small kitchen appliances such as electric kettle, blender, coffee maker ...). Outdoor (summer) kitchen has electric stove with 2 plates
 
In the villa there is a washing machine, ironing board, iron, tumble dryer, 2 hair dryer, 2 TV, satellite TV, wi-fi (WLAN internet), safe.  
In front of the house there is parking space available.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 31 days prior to arrival day 50% of total cost 
-30 days and less prior to arrivaal day 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
