Location

The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dining area and living room.

In the front of the house there is a terrace and garden. Pool i located aside the house. 

THe house is located one minute walk from Bol Promenade, Promenade leads from the center of Bol to the famous Adriatic beach - Zlatni rat. Zlatni rat is greatest atraction in Bol, pebble beach which stretches 500 meters into the sea and changes its shape under the influence of sea currents.

Near the house there are also sport centers specialised for kitesurfing, diving and windsurfing. Bol has ideal conditions for water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing because of the wind Maestral that blows in the summer time.
