Holiday house Martinica Bol is traditionaly builded stone-house situated in the east part of Bol, near beautiful Martinica beacha dn Dominican Monastery of Bol.

Made of Brac stone, this holiday home features large covered terrace with magnificent view to sea and island of Hvar.

House is located only 250 meters from the sea and beach. Holiday House Martinica is furnished for the accommodation od 4+2 persons. House is composed of two double bedrooms, each with martimonial bed, kitchen with dining garniture, living room with sofa that can be converted into comfortable bed for two persons, bathroom with shower and terrace. 

From the living room there is exit to the covered terrace that is equipped with sitting/dinning garnitures, summer kitchen and open fireplace where is possible to grill.

From the terrace there is panoramic view to sea, Island of Hvar as well as the ancient Dominican Monastery of Bol. In the house there is AC as well as the SAT/TV.

Booking conditions:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The deposit is not refundable. 
The following cancellation charges apply: 
-more than 31 days prior to villa 50% of total cost 
-30 days and less prior to villa 100% of total cost. 
 
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.
If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
