Apartment is located on the Promenade, pedestrian path by the sea, that takes from the Bol center to the Zlatni rat beach.

 The are only 10 meters from the property to the pebble beach. Bol is only town on the south coast of the Island of Brac, the largest and the highest Dalmatian island. In Bol is situated one of the famous Croatian beaches - Zlatni rat ( Golden horn), pebble beach that stretches itself 500 meters into the clear blue Adriatic sea. In Bol and surroundings You will find many other beautiful beaches.

Bol is popular destination for windsurfers that come from all over the world. Local wind from west that makes life easier in hot summer days and that make Bol perfect for windsurfers and kitesurfers and kiteboarders.
