Apartments Divna are located in the most desirable location in Bol, as it is one of the closest private houses to the Zlatni rat beach. The house is some 120 meters from the nearest beach and halfway between the village and Zlatni rat beach.

Bol is picturesque town on the southern side of the Island of Brac - one of the sunniest islands in Croatia on the Adriatic sea. As the oldest settlement on the island, Bol is among the most desirable tourist destinations in Croatia. Many consider the famous Bol beach, the Golden Cape (Zlatni rat), as the most beautiful beach in the Adriatic. The Golden Cape and other beaches in Bol are a paradise for swimmers, wind and kite surfers, divers and all others who enjoy water sports.

The new house offers accommodation, a spacious garden, secured parking, an open stone barbecue rest area and balconies with a view of the sea and the island Hvar.

Nearest restaurant, rental of surfboards and a famous diving school are some 200m away. Those who wish to rent a bike or a scooter have a five minute walk, while a ten minute walk along the sea will bring guests to a tennis club with more than 20 exquisite clay courts.

Apartment has 55 m2 large and consist of a bedroom (queen size bed) and a spacious living/dining room (satellite TV and air conditioning). The open dining area has a fully equipped kitchenette and 4 person dining table. The kitchenette offers an electric stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a queen size ergonomic bed, as the sofa mattresses are made of high quality memory foam. The living room opens to a wide terrace (12 m2) that faces south, with a view of the sea and the island of Hvar. From the living room wide French glass doors lead to a sunny balcony, which has a movable sun shade, a table and four comfortable garden chairs. The guests can enjoy a breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea and the island of Hvar.

The apartments are warm and inviting— warm Mediterranean colors grace the walls, while wood parquet and terra cotta complement the floors.
