This adorable villa is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Vis town.
It offers amazing sea view from the terrace and pool area over the roof tops of traditional Dalmatian houses in town Vis.
Villa is situated at the walking distance to Vis harbor, beautiful Vis beaches, center, shops, restaurants, bars… and at the same time it provides full privacy and peace for its guests.
Villa is built on 2 floors; each floor is one apartment that may function independently, but it is rented as one unit. This kind of design is perfect for two families – friends where each have privacy, and covered terrace with BBQ in front as well as swimming pool is perfect for gatherings and relaxations together.
Villa consists of 2 kitchens with dining and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 8 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Next is living room with comfy corner sofa and LCD SAT TV, DVD & CD player.
Living room is opened onto the covered terrace with amazing view and sitting furniture.
Here are also 2 double bedrooms; both with beautiful view. Near is one bathroom with shower.

First floor:
First floor is very similar to the ground floor. There is fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In the living room is comfy corner sofa that may be used as an extra bed if needed. Living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD & CD player, and it is opened into the covered terrace with beautiful view and sitting set.
There are 2 bedrooms at the first floor. One bedroom is with double bed, and another is with twin beds.
Near is very nice decorated bathroom with shower.

Both floors are air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Outdoor area spreads on 1500 square meters. There is beautiful infinity swimming pool with gorgeous view on the sea and entire town Vis center.
Beautiful garden around the pool is enriched by Mediterranean herbs, palms and various other plants.
Swimming pool is surrounded by sun decks and sun umbrellas. Near is grill / barbecue and dining area for enjoy in fresh prepared meals and gatherings.

Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 120 € per stay.
