This luxury estate is the result of years of careful restoration of building that is under special protection as a monument of cultural heritage of the area.
Hand built stone walls combined with modern and tasteful interior design and furniture, as well as luxury facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness room provide comfortable and luxury atmosphere for all guests here.
Luxury villa is located right near the sea and distanced only 50 meters from beautiful small pebble beach, in picturesque fisherman village Rogac which is the main ferry port of island Solta.
Set on 3 floors villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and dining area, and living room.
Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of modern and fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 ceramic rings stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, all dishes, cooking and eating utensils with adjoining dining area with table and chairs suitable for up to 10 people. One toilet is on ground floor too.

First floor:
Up the stairs you will find spacious living room with sofa and fireplace, and TV lounge with LCD SAT TV and high quality Hi-fi system. There is also a beautiful sea view balcony. Near is one toilet, and one sea view bedroom with double bed with anatomic mattress, air condition unit, safe deposit box, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, floor heating, and toiletries.

Second floor:
Second floor consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with double beds and anatomic mattresses, and air condition units. Two bedrooms also have desk in a room, as well as small private sea view balcony.
On the same floor are 2 spacious bathrooms with showers, floor heating and toiletries.

Ground and first floor are fully equipped with floor heating.
On the ground floor, near the pool terrace, there is small fitness room with sauna and shower.
2 bicycles are on guests’ disposal all the time during the stay in villa.

Outside:
In the villa’ yard you will find large and modern Mediterranean garden with terrace equipped with outdoor grill/barbecue and table and chairs for up to 10 persons. The part of the garden is enriched with sculptures and well cared lawn. Elegant private swimming pool with spacious terrace for sunbathing fulfilled with comfortable sun beds, sun umbrellas, and outdoor shower provide complete privacy and full relaxation in the heart of Dalmatia.
