Luxury modern furnished villa built in 2011. It is located in the southern part of Brela on the beach. Although only 10 m from the beach, it offers an ideal holiday because it has its own swimming pool and provides complete privacy.

The house covers an area of ​​470 m2. It consists of ground floor, first floor and basement. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall from which you can enter a spacious living room with dining room and kitchen (50 m2) which is connected to the terrace (100m2) by the pool (61m2). On the ground floor there is another bedroom (20m2) also with its own bathroom as well as another guest toilet.

Upstairs there are 3 smaller bedrooms (20m2), each with its own bathroom and 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom (bath and shower) and walk-in closet (41m2). All rooms have sea views.

In the basement there is a gym and utility rooms (laundry room, boiler room ...)

The pool extends along the entire terrace. It is a heated 2 m deep pool and has a massage set and a waterfall. There is a small toilet next to the pool on the terrace.

Beside the pool there are 3 Dedon deck chairs as well as an umbrella (there are more deck chairs on offer).

On the terrace there is a Dedon table with 12 seats and a barbecue with wood.

Outside the house there is a private parking space for 4 cars
