Beautiful three bedroom house is located in Sevid, small seaside village in Riviera Rogoznica, and close to Trogir.

This house was built in 2004, and in 2006 got its final appearance.

House is located on the rocky cape and offers amazing sea view from beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terrace. Everything here is about relaxing in a very pleasant environment less than 30 meters from beautiful pebble / rocky beach connected to the house by direct path.

Car parking is above house, and down the stairs you come to the beautiful sea view house terrace that is connected to the inside area by glass doors.

This beautiful seafront house with swimming pool is comprised on 2 floors, and consists of 2 kitchens (bigger and smaller) and dining area, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

House accommodates 7 persons.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor of this beautiful house is fully equipped bigger kitchen with oven, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as all necessary cooking and eating utensilis; and dining area with table and chairs. There is one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Up to the stairs is charming lounge area, fully equipped smaller kitchen and small dining area with table and chairs. The annex located in the back side is comprised of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with three separate single beds. There is also on bathroom with shower.

Outside:
Both floors of the house have beautiful seaside terrace furnished with sitting sets. Main terrace in front of the house has beautiful swimming pool with sun beds near, and covered part with dining table and chairs and stone made barbecue / grill. Stairs and path lead from the house to the beach below.
House also offers private parking for 3 cars.
