Pool Holiday house on small island

This large holiday house is located in island Iz, in Zadar region.
House and location offers everything you need during the holidays; Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub, Sauna room, fitness room, private swimming pool, tavern with dining area and grill, as well as vicinity to the sea and beach, and other attractiveness, and facilities.
Inside, villa has 2 floors where you may find fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, sauna, and fitness room.
Right next to the main house is small house – Tavern, with barbecue, handy kitchen with bread oven, freezer, fridge, bar, large dining area, billiard / pool table, darts, and 2 toilets.
House accommodates 10 to 12 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, and all other appliances, cooking and eating utensils. Next is spacious dining area with table and chairs, and LCD SAT TV, and air condition.
At this floor is also one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

First floor:
At the first floor is large living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people, and LCD SAT TV, and air condition. Living room area has exit on amazing sea view balcony equipped with table and chairs.
At this floor are 4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 with twin / 2 single beds each.

Villa also offers sauna room, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Tavern:
Right next to the pool is small house / Tavern house with small kitchen with bar in which you may find some dishes, sink, fridge with freezer, bread oven, and stone barbecue.
Near the bar is a large wooden dining table and chairs, and there are also pool / billiard table, darts, and 2 toilets.

Outside:
Fenced area round the villa is full of small charming gardens and numerous Mediterranean plants and flowers. Whole area is decorated with small pebble paths. Under the porch is large outdoor dining table where you may enjoy fresh prepared meals in complete privacy, peace, natural shade, and fresh and clean air.
At the back side of the house, near tavern is swimming pool with built in stairs, and outdoor Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub for full relaxation. There also are sun beds and sun umbrellas.
As villa is built in cascade shape, amazing sea views are offered from the balconies, terraces, and some windows. Sea and rocky beach is only 30 meters from villa, while beautiful pebble beach is 50 meters distanced from villa.
Car parking available 40 meters from villa.
Holidays here definitely provide guests with total relaxation of body and mind, that hard that you’ll wish to stay longer and longer.
