Luxury villa VI Primosten consists of open plan kitchen, dining room, large living room, storage, toilet, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, indoor swimming pool, atrium, sauna, and covered parking for 2 cars.

Villa accommodates up to 6 persons.

Total surface of villa is 375 square meters, very luxury equipped.
The main door of villa has security code to enter as well as indoor intercom video. The villa is completely air conditioned.
Villa is 75 meters away from the private rocky / pebble beach.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of open plan kitchen which has exit to the sea view terrace with sitting garniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, dishes, electric cooker with a four ring ceramic hob, oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Next is dining area with dining table, and large living room equipped with SAT LCD TV, sofa, and armchairs. Living room also has exit to the furnished sea view terrace. There is common toilet as well.

First floor:
On the first floor are three double bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower tub, SAT LCD TV, and air condition unit. Two bedrooms are with king size beds, and the third one is with 2 single / separated beds. First bedroom has private sea view balcony, while the other two bedrooms have shared sea view balcony.
The lowest level:
Kindly under the ground floor there is atrium tastefully decorated with greenery that opens into indoor swimming pool (size: 16m2) equipped with countercurrent swimming. This area exits into the beautiful terrace with sun beds, sitting furniture, and amazing sea view. Sauna with shower room is also here.

Outside:
Sitting garnitures on beautiful decorated terraces in front of the villa and near the swimming pool will provide you with complete joy during the summer days.
Behind the villa there is roofed parking lot suitable for 2 cars.
