This attractive villa distanced only 20 meters from the beach is located in historical center of town Komiza.
Villa is built of stone, in traditional Dalmatian style, and it is full of details which give additional charm to this holiday house that cause love at first sight.
Beautiful terrace and garden with traditional barbecue behind the villa is perfect for having fresh prepared meals or evening gatherings in complete privacy.
Villa is set up on 3 floors connected by indoor staircases.
In total, villa consists of fully equipped kitchen, big dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Villa accommodates 8 to 11 guests.

Ground floor:
Fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining area with table and chairs, and spacious living room dominates to the ground floor. Entire space is carefully decorated with attention paid to each and every detail.
Next to this area is a tavern / cellar with large choice of top quality wines. Dining area also has fireplace that may be used as a grill for food preparation.
At the ground floor are one double bedroom and one bathroom.

First floor:
At the first floor is spacious bedroom with double bed and 2 lounge single beds that may be used as extra beds if needed. Next to this bedroom is modernly equipped bathroom. This bedroom is opened onto the first floor terrace sized 17 m2.

Second floor:
At this floor are 2 double bedrooms with comfy double beds and one luxury equipped bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub suitable for 2 people. One of the bedrooms also has one single, lounge bed that may be used as an extra bed if needed.

Entire villa is air-conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Ground floor has an exit to the beautiful garden terrace with traditional stone barbecue / grill and dining area with large table and chairs. Gorgeous, carefully maintained garden rich of Mediterranean plants and flowers additionally decorate this really attractive villa, and creates natural shade for hot summer days.
First floor has an exit to the charming 17 m2 terrace.
There is a covered part with table and chairs, as well as lounge area for relaxing or even taking a nap.
Beautiful pebble beach is only 20 meters from villa.
