This beautiful modern style villa is located in island Hvar, in small village, not so far from town Jelsa.
Villa is modernly furnished and equipped with modern facilities in order to offer relaxing vacations to its guests.
Location offers peace and quite, but at the same time vicinity to all facilities, historical and cultural sites, shops, restaurants, and nightlife in island Hvar.
In front of the villas is swimming pool as a central part of outdoor area, and there are also sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor lounge / furniture, outdoor dining area with table and chairs, and grill / barbecue.

Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Villa consists of 2 floors + basement with sauna, Jacuzzi hot tub, fitness room, game corner, and wine boutique at guests' disposal during the stay.
At the ground floor are fully equipped modern style kitchen with all appliances, stylish dining area, and living room with comfy corner sofa, indoor fireplace, and Cable TV.
At the upper floor are 4 bedrooms, each with double bed, en-suite bathroom, air condition, and TV.
2 bedrooms at this floor share balcony with tables and chairs from where is offered great view.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATION AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500, 00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure).
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
