Villa Veznaveri 2 is newly built modern, airconditioned villa, which provides a perfect place to spend holidays in a peaceful and relaxing surroundings. The property is only 6 km away from famous resort of POREC. The serene and sleek interior provides a comfortable atmosphere for up to 8 persons. On the ground floor there is a full equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is also a/c double bedroom and separate shower room. On the first floor you can find two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. From the living and dining area, there is exit to the covered terrace with table and chairs and BBQ to rest on and enjoy in the sun and afterwards you can take a swim in the private pool (8x4m). In Porec you have the possibility to rent a boat, bikes and you can find also a selection of restaurants, bars, shops, bank, supermakets. A day trip to Venice by catamaran is recommended excursion that is available from Porec. The nearby sea side towns of Vrsar (pretty marina), Rovinj (spectacular town) and Porec (Basilica is a ‘don’t miss’ as is the lively waterfront) are also all well worth a visit. A little further afield the Brijuni Islands and Roman remains in Pula are always a popular hit with visitors. Car rental is recommended at this villa.

Please note that prices are published for weekly stay. For shorter stay the higher price are applied.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
