Holiday house located in the VREĆARI is 4 km from the center of Labin. Rabac, a place with beautiful beaches, bays and crystal clear waters is 8 km away from the house. Labin is comprised of two parts, the old city on a hill and the new part Podlabin. Part of the old city, historical Albona, with medieval walls and narrow streets, today is a city with many artists studios and galleries. It is historically known for deposits of coal and mines. Over the summer, the old town of Labin becomes an art center with many cultural festivities, art and gallery events. You can visit museums, churches as well as antique dealers.

The house has two levels and an outdoor swimming pool 3x7m. The upper level - 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, DVD, SAT. Stereo, Air conditioning,Guest bathroom, Washer, 3 large balconies Lower level - 2 bedrooms, bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, an additional bathroom with a shower. Living room, a stone fireplace, kitchen, dining room. Each room has a TV. View of garden and outdoor pool. How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
