Villa Lily is located in the edge of seaside village of Liznjan and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Guests staying here will enjoy the bright, spacious, modern design of the villa along the fabulous garden, pool, terraces and sea view. With sea views from the pool and bedrooms on the first floor, only 16 km from Pula and the same distance from the airport, this villa is perfect located to enjoy and explore the local area.
On the ground floor is full equipped kitchen, dining and living area and shower room. On the first floor, there are 4 double and 1 single bedrooms with terrace and 2 shower rooms. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned.
In the hall is a pool table.
Outside is a terrace with BBQ area built in stone, lounge area, table and chairs, lawned garden with vegetables.
Easy day trips from Liznjan are historical town of Pula, Brijuni Islands and Fazana, coastal town Rovinj.Car hire is reccommended at this villa.

How to book?

Please send us inquiry and we will send you an offer. With offer you will receive more information about the Villa and destination as well as the possibilities of the arrival.

Booking conditions:

Minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be sent. The balance of your booking must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder invoice will not be sent. If booking within 8 weeks of From, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges apply:

55-43 days prior - 50% of total cost

42-29 days prior - 65% of total cost

28-15 days prior - 90% of total cost

Less than 15 days prior - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total villa cost. Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
